Great at suction power on carpet, very poor design on hair binding around roller brush and wheels. Will cause unit to overheat if not removed after each use. Not impressed, as this is a problem with all cheaper quality units. Not a problem for Shark branded items, but Shark lacks in the power department.

We've had our new BOBSWEEP PHOENIX for about a month and are completely overjoyed at not having to constantly sweep up scattered cat litter and fur. "Billy Bob" (we just had to rename him), the overlord of scattered kitty litter messes, handles the sweeping up of litter on tiled floors, and with the Quick Clean Spot Clean Option, little messes get picked up without much effort. We've also used it on the carpet and are very pleased with the job it does - the carpet is kept looking clean and groomed between regular vacuuming. Wi-Fi and mapping setup were super easy and maintenance has been a breeze so far.

I been looking for 2 in 1 for while now and finally have a shot to BOB best purchase ever. It does what is suppose to do and keeps house clean. I have it run when we are sleeping and when you wake up in morning house is clean. This thing picks up everything. Be prepared to be surprised by this little thing

Amazing, for me and my wife, no pets, all hard floors, 1 level, no internet I hit go and this thing figured it out.It goes and works hard. Keep the cords off floor and it will clean around/under what it can get under. WE LOVE IT except it has made me lazy. I'm 62 and been doing vacuuming all my life. It's amazing. I'm gonna Ware it out. LOL

The vacuum is great so far. Have not used the mop function yet.

Works great! Love the mapping options.

Perfect. Finds stuff everywhere

I could not get it to start so i had to return it.

We’re doing great. Pretty easy setting up and working so good.

It can aid in cleaning under furniture but didn't do a great job.
