I was just about to return it, thinking they sent me the wrong item. I did a search on the manufacturers website and it doesn't come with a mop attachment for the austin and phoenix models. Sam's needs to update the description as it's false advertisement. I don't really need the mop attachment so ill test it out for now. I dropped 2 stars based on the fact that it is missing those items.

So far we love the bObsweep it's a great time-saver. Very easy to set up, I was very surprised at how clean everything is when done, mighty, and I would highly recommend it. We have a dog and a cat, and it does a phenomenal job of getting the pet hair up. Thanks for a great product!

This is our second bobsweep. We had the pet hair for three years and when we saw another mapping robot at my cousin's house we really liked the features so we decided to upgrade. We got in touch with customer service and spoke with Adam who was wonderful. Long story short we traded our old bob in and got this one at a very reasonable price. Man this one is even better than we expected. Flawless mapping and the options to precisely define which area to avoid or which one to do more. The suction is great(but so was our original bob's). This is more quiet and lower profile so it fits under the sofa where our first bob got stuck on. We've been running this for nearly five months now and never had issues but we also know that the service is great if you need them based on the interaction we had with them over the years.

This bot works amazing. So far, I have only used the vacuum feature but it picks up everything. The battery last for almost 3 hrs. Compared to our previous auto vacuum (amazon brand) this is hands down far superior. I look forward to trying the mop function.

I’m so happy with recent purchase of BOBsweep Pet Hair Floor Cleaner. I’m impressed with the ease of usage. I have a pet was pleasantly surprised by how much pet hair was picked up. And the game changer App allows me to program quick floor cleaning while at work. Talk about multi tasking. Definitely recommended for busy people with pets

I have owned 2 Roombas previously. The first one was a low end model that only lasted 2 years. The 2nd one I paid way too much money for it. Hands down this Bobsweep is a superior vacuum. It is quietier, picks up better, plus it had no trouble mapping. This vacuum has a 2 year warranty even on the battery. I have had this vacuum for 2 months and it runs 4x a week and has never had a problem.

I purchased the bObsweep for the vacuum feature to replace another brand I had for years. It works great and is much quieter than our old brand we had previously. I chose bObsweep due to the price and warranty. I also read great things about bObsweep customer service, which I will hopefully not need. Due to having a long-haired dog, cat, and myself, I have to clean the brush often, but it is not a big deal.

Since I began using the Bob Pet Slam robot vacuum, I've seen a notable decrease in dust and dirt at home, offering immense relief for both my cat and me. This not only saves time and energy but also brings joy to my furry friend who appreciates clean floors as much as I do. In conclusion, I strongly recommend it.

Wow. I mean l've been in the market for a robot vacuum for awhile and could never land on one until I crossed paths with this. This Bobsweep with LiDar tech is the best. I've had this for about 2 months and l've yet to encounter a problem. I have two cats that shed and I would CONSTANTLY sweep... Not anymore. It's getting EVERYTHING. It gets litter and cat hair not problem. I've yet to have to detangle anything. The app makes it so easy and with the LiDar technology you can see your rooms in the app and set schedules and no sweep zones. Also can connect it to Google and Alexa and it's nice to just tell Google " the floor is dirty " and Bob takes action and gets it done. After, it docks itself and you can check the battery percentage in the app. 10/10 . This is not a paid review. This is my actual thoughts.

This Bob vacuum cleaner is simply something unreal, I am delighted, it does its work very clearly, quickly and efficiently, it vacuums every room, it does not matter if it is Carpet, a regular floor or a tile. I really like the fact that there is an application in which you can monitor and give commands to the vacuum cleaner. Even if I am not at home, I can turn on the vacuum cleaner and give it the command to vacuum the whole house. It's definitely the best I've ever used. I named my Bob Cookie and he is my best assistant
