Began taking these about 2 1/2 almost 3 weeks ago after rucking and injuring my MCL on my right knee and swelling up the tendons around my patella on the same knee. After about slightly less than three weeks my knee is almost back to normal with just minimal pain. In another week or so it will be completely gone. Would not have been possible without these. I did up the dosage to twice a day instead of once a day. That is a lot of pills, but I checked and the toxicity level to make you sick is ridiculously high, so it was no danger. And the benefit has been an incredibly quicker recovery. Definitely could not have done it without these. Thank you Neocell!!! You are a lifesaver! Tragedy averted!

I have been taking collagen in powder form for a few years. It is nice to have it in a more simple form.

After 2 weeks, it is impossible to know or tell any difference. In 2 months, there should be more evidence.,

I recommend this product. My doctor approves. Helps keep my skin and hair healthy and my nails strong and long.

Helps reduce my hair loss in the shower. May be outstanding with full dosage of 6 pills per day, but I only take 2/day. I have enough other meds to swallow
