Great supplement. It helps my nails be strong.

I received these as a gift from my brother because he heard me say my nails were breaking and ridged. I’ve been taking them for a few months now and while it is slow, I have noticed a change for the better already.

Too soon to tell a difference, but have had no issues with taking it. Beware, you have to take 3 pills in the morning and at night. 6 total. Not a problem for me, but may be for others.

I cannot believe the difference in my hair growth. It never grows and I have got compliments on how healthy, soft and shiny it looks. Also my skin, my skin!!! I just happened upon these and I will keep these on my counter

No longer have knee and ankle pain after several months taking daily. Only one fingernail still splits znd skin is improved. The only bad thing is you have get haircuts more often.

While the concept of having collagen, biotin, and Vitamin C in one supplement is mighty handy, I’m unsure why the dosage of biotin is greater than 16,000% of daily recommended value. I appreciate that the end product is produced in the USA. Aside from all of that, the recommended dose of six pills a day is lofty and it would be grand if they could figure out how to get the dosage down to two pills a day. Some of the effects will be seen as time passes, but my nails already seem to be getting more sturdy. I am hopeful to see my hair health improve as well. I will cut down on the recommended dosage so that I don’t intake so much biotin. The volume of pills in the bottle is generous, and the price is excellent.

I have used powdered and Gummy form Collagen supplements previously. Decided to get these tablet form because I can add pills to my daily pill box and won't forget to take them. My Bad for not paying better attention to detail. The tablets are VERY large and dosage is 6 per day! Ugh! going back to other versions.
