I love this product for my skin and hair. This is the 1st time I have used a caplet for collagen but it is easy to swallow. I have noticed my hair is softer and feels thicker.

I prefer the old recognizable packaging design but the formula appears to be the same and my hairs are strong like before when I used the old formula. I wish the bottles were smaller. They are too bulky for travel.
