Big pills

I’ve been taking these pills for 2 months now and I wanted to make sure I took them long enough to give my honest opinion. I love them. I however only take 4 a day. (2 in the morning and 2 at night) I am seeing amazing results from to my nails and especially my skin

Ive always had decent hair but struggled growong my nails with this ive gone from trying to grow my nails to trimming once a week. :-)

I purchased this so I can feel and look younger. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and I do feel a lot better / energetic.

I love the ease of taking this supplement and it has zero taste. That is good. I have noticed my skin is healthier and I have more energy now.

I only had my product a month and it had a very good expiration date, but all of the sudden it started to smell like strong ammonia. It was unbearable to smell so I threw it away, but was able to get a full refund.

Bought this product about a year ago. My eyes had a serious lift. No more Deep eyes. My nails improved, hair keep growing very fast. Skin improved need more work.
