My nails are stronger

I suffered with TMJ for about two years. My dentist said I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep so he made me a night guard. The night guard provided no relief. I’ve been taking these pills for 2 months now and I wanted to make sure I took them long enough to give my honest opinion. I love them. I however only take 4 a day. (2 in the morning and 2 at night) I am seeing amazing results from to my nails and especially my skin

Ive always had decent hair but struggled growong my nails with this ive gone from trying to grow my nails to trimming once a week. :-)

Huge Horse Pills. Says take 6 they hurt and make me feel ill. Awful I will stick with the powder@!
