Have used this for years!

I’m an avid user of collagen, and this product is one of my go to’s!

I’ve been taking 1 each am/pm for about 5 years and have hair like a teenager again!

I think this is helping my joints but I don't like taking 6 per day.

Important to your joints as you age.

Haven’t finished the bottle, but happy with purchase

I didn’t know I had to take 6 of these for dose. I have hard time taking that many at one time.

So far its to early to tell if they are working

My hair and my nails break When taking this it’s not as bad
