[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll begin by saying read directions. I opened it all up, just to check it out. Then I thought, it's kinda hard to open and I'll get burned if it's hot. So I decided to read the directions, once I did I realised there are spots to place your fingers that make it easy to open. So I used it for chicken and noodles for lunch. I didn't know how long it would take to heat them out if the refrigerator so I plugged it in around 9 and left it. By my 11:30 lunch it was pipping hot. It's actually really easy to use. Has a lot of space for food. Very easy to clean up. Now I didn't read anywhere if it was dishwasher safe, but it did accidentally get put in the dishwasher and came out just fine. The cord is contained in the bottom and all other pieces fit inside. It packs up nicely to be out away till I need it again.

I'm able to decide to be able to eat a nice healthy meal to get me through the day cold will last 2 to 3 hours or I can heat it up whenever I like to and it stays one from work 2 hours after great product.
