Texture is a little sticky so def recommend spraying/lining the muffin tin. This seems to be a great addition to breakfast type items like any low carb or carb friendly oatmeal or pancake. Would love to try it mixed into my AM berries & greens smoothie sometime too. There are lots of low carb recipes on the website - 1 scoop has 25g and I used 3/4 c Isopure: 2 eggs in the muffins. However I like flavored stuff. The packaging is a big tub like most protein powders. I wish the tub was a bit smaller for storage reasons. Otherwise a decent protein powder.

I use to use the chocolate & vanilla one which tastes soooo good. This is my first time using a flavorless one & you can mix it into anything. It is too thick to be stirred with just a spoon you have to use a blender for it or else it will clump up in your drinks. I showed different angles in the picture so you can see that the manufacturer doesn't fill the container up to the top it's half empty when you receive it. I've used it twice and I realized it came half empty. But I still love Isopure but the manufacturer needs to do better and stop ripping people off. Lots of clumping. Doesn’t mix well. To mix in coffee and be able to drink it you’re going to need a blender.
