Texture is a little sticky so def recommend spraying/lining the muffin tin. This seems to be a great addition to breakfast type items like any low carb or carb friendly oatmeal or pancake. I use to use the chocolate & vanilla one which tastes soooo good. This is my first time using a flavorless one & you can mix it into anything. It is too thick to be stirred with just a spoon you have to use a blender for it or else it will clump up in your drinks. I showed different angles in the picture so you can see that the manufacturer doesn't fill the container up to the top it's half empty when you receive it. I've used it twice and I realized it came half empty. But I still love Isopure but the manufacturer needs to do better and stop ripping people off.
