Good source of isolate proteins for people who are either trying to gain muscle or lose weight. It has no flavor and zero sugar which can be replenished by adding sugar or syrup if you like that way. My husband adds berries for sweetness and peanut butter for taste. You can mix it with water, milk, yogurt, cereal or anything you like. Will but it again and will recommend family and friends.

For something that says no flavor, I still taste it, even when mixing it with my orange juice, as shown. It’s a VERY large scoop of protein as the recommended dose, and it makes my juice very foamy. This dissolves completely I didn’t have an after taste at all I mixed it in flavored water and if I didn’t know I put it in my drink I’d never known! I would definitely purchase again!
