On its own with water, it’s bland but works in a pinch for a quick shake. Mixed into pasta sauce, it added protein without overpowering the flavor (though it slightly changed the texture). Blended into a smoothie, I couldn’t even tell it was there! I love how many ways I can use it—next I’m trying brownies or another dessert. Great for hitting protein goals without carbs, just not my favorite when mixed alone.

It has 20+ vitamins and minerals. This one I received was unflavored but I couldn’t really stand the weird taste it had. Maybe it’s just me but I did not care for it at all. I do however take it because I like the ingredients and 25 grams of Protein it provides.

I can mix very easy, the packaging is good but will be better if is a bit smaller container. Not feeling bad taste and easy to make combinations with smoothies or at breakfast.
