This was surprisingly fresh, good tasting and easy to use. The flavor is sweet. There is a definite difference between this fresh coconut and buying processed coconut water.

I loved these coconuts. So tasty and a great price! I drink coconut water often, but avoid fresh coconuts because of the difficulty opening. I thought this was a great idea. At first, I simply could not get it open by following directions. A few small hits with a hammer and it was golden! So good!

Horrible. Does not work like it’s supposed to. You literally have to cut it open with a knife . The little pop top is garbage . Doesn’t even work even used a hammer to hit it in, still didn’t credit an opening on both . Save your money and just by the coconut water cans .

I bought these to see what real coconut water is like…well… the one I tried tasted like it was going bad (yes, the expiration date hadn’t expired), so I smashed it open. Yup I was right.. the meat of the coconut was slimy and smelled rancid. Luckily I didn’t get sick..

Lots of electrolytes with a sweet flavor

It's a big gamble, one was good the other was rotten. I bought them for my daughters (11 %26 8 years old), so I am utterly disgusted that my 11 year old drank from a rotten coconut. Never again.

Taste better than any canned/boxed coconut water. The coconut flavor in the water is 1000x better than anything else I’ve had. Plus when you’re done you can crack it open %26 eat the coconut flesh. 2 coconuts for $5 is an amazing deal considering 1 in other places cost the same. Far better tasting than the typical brown coconut you see in stores.

These taste amazing, but as others have said, the “easy to use” packaging does not work at all, especially with the super flimsy straw. I’d skip out on these unless you're willing to whip out a drill bit for the straw. Will not be buying in the future, and wish the other brand of young coconuts Sam’s used to carry last year or 2 years ago would be restocked, because those were much easier to open.

Very good taste and lots of water inside of each one plus after you machete it open the meat is smooth and yummy. BUT using the "easy" open button thing that comes with it, did NOT help. I slammed it on concrete and still didn’t open so I had to get a hammer and Phillips screwdriver to access the water. Thanks for trying to make it easy on us but no good.
