They are not young coconuts. Substantially not much different from brown peeled mature coconuts. For it to be more appealing as a fresh cocoanut drink, price needs to be little lower and coconuts needs to be young with thin flesh.

These are not as flavorful as the coconuts from Costa Rica. They spoil easily and are difficult to open to drink and eat the jelly inside. Do not recommend at all.

I did not care for the taste of this product.

Too much going on with the packaging. I liked the previous style. It was much easier to use. Good taste, just bad packaging.
