First off this stuff tastes so good I can't even, like a watermelon candy. I feel like it gives me the perfect energy boost before a run or workout! I really love the taste and the energy I get for this but it's not like too much energy it's just the right amount, sometimes things with caffeine can make you feel that rapid heartbeat and I'm glad this didn't make me feel that way. But did give me a little extra pep in my step! Love this stuff!
