I did shake up that water instead of stirring and it worked just as well. The ingredients are way healthier than drinking an energy drink.

I love the taste , I drank some before work and it kept me energized throughout the day . I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family .

I use it for work and pre workout and I love it
