[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is pretty amazing! I love the taste and that when it is mixed into my water there aren't any clumps or chunks. I used about three scoops every day in a 20 oz bottle and I will say that I did have a nice surge of energy about an hour after drinking. The watermelon flavor tastes kind of like Jolly Rancher's watermelon, which I really like. If you are a fan of Gatorade you will enjoy the sweet but slightly salt undertone of this drink. I have incorporated this into my morning routines and now I feel like I cannot go without it. My husband gave this drink a taste and said that it was not too bad, but he wouldn't pick the flavor again. (He's really picky). I love the flavor and I cannot wait to try other fruity flavors. I'm not sure how long this gave me energy but I would probably say maybe most of the morning, which is where I absolutely need it. I move around A LOT in the morning so the electrolytes are an added bonus when I'm worn out from high activity. I suck at consistently drinking water in the morning but this makes it so much easier for me. The light sweetness and the flavor boosted my want to drink water more often and now I feel so much more hydrated and awake throughout the day.

I use two scoops, The taste was pleasant, it mixed well in my shaker bottle. I was at work, and needed an energy boost, and I felt able to keep up with my work (as a cook in a pizzeria and diner type kitchen) without being overwhelmed. I do not necessarily recommend to this, nor do I necessarily not recommend it. I'll drink what I have left, and probably will not purchase.

I drink It with one or two scoops depending on how much caffeine I want. This has been a great drink to help me cut out my second (and sometimes 3rd) cup of daily coffee. The energy it gives me feels balanced and not jittery. It is also a great drink for the morning after any drinking.
