It’s really hard to mix with a spoon…with it being so dry, it clumps together once you add it to water. I prefer a more refined powder. Not tested for heavy metals I believe, so that may be something to look into.

I’m not a fan of most protein shakes or thick, chalky drinks, so I was pleasantly surprised by how light and refreshing this was! The watermelon flavor isn’t overpowering, but still gives a great fruity vibe. I also love that it’s not overloaded with caffeine—just enough to match a cup of coffee—so I’ve been using it to replace my morning brew. Definitely excited to try more flavors!

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The watermelon taste is light and refreshing. I didn’t feel too jittery after drinking two scoops in 12 oz of water. It mixed very well, but I did use a mixer cup.

I absolutely love the watermelon flavor and surprisingly the 100mg of caffeine is just enough to get my day started. Just scoop into a blender bottle add some water and go on with your day. Love the convenience of not having to make coffee when I’m not feeling it.

I would compare it to a watermelon jolly rancher. Helps give me energy throughout the workout and will continue to utilize this supplement.

A little bit after drinking it, my anxiety started kicking in and I got heart palpitations. After looking it up, I think it's a reaction to the beta alanine. Not worth it for me, but if youre okay with that ingredient definitely give this one a try

I was also happy with how easily it mixed. I couldn't find my shaker bottle and it dissolved just fine with a spoon in a glass of water.

You can tell it has caffeine because it definitely perked me up after drinking it. Nothing crazy but noticable. Flavor wise I was not a huge fan, if you like that sweet overly fake watermelon flavor this may be for you. Reminded me of a watermelon jolly rancher flavor.

ENERGY+, Watermelon Splash amazed me with the delicious flavor and the great boost of energy it gave me each time I used it! I don’t have a shaker, but it was very easy to mix with just a spoon or a straw. I used this multiple times before going to the gym, and it gave me lots of energy to get through a workout. I also love that it has zero sugar. It is definitely the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever had.

Surprisingly the flavor was good, taste kind of like a watermelon jolly rancher. It was a little difficult to mix, I did not use a mixer cup instead I used a coffee frother which worked great! It did give me a good boost of energy for my long productive day which made me feel great! Overall this was fresh tasting, refreshing, and made me feel good.
