Having the added green tea, extract and green coffee, bean extract really helps with some added energy.

One sip and I was flabbergasted at how smooth and bright the flavor was. The package itself is great, easy to screw on the lid, and the little scoop being provided was helpful (not every powdered supplement does this, so count your blessings). It blended up wonderfully with my frother in half the amount of time suggested. As for the taste, it reminds me of a watermelon Jolly Rancher, with a slight fake-sugar aftertaste (the only reason I'll dock a star, as sucralose isn't my favorite). Honestly though, it's not bad and this powder comes with a plethora of benefits from electrolytes to amino acids that are great for those looking to boost their energy and recovery after workouts Would I consider buying this? Yes, I would. If you're someone in the market for a great pre-workout drink that boasts more perks than just caffeine, ON's Essential Amino Energy is a great place to start!
