However, I really enjoyed the flavor—it has a refreshing watermelon taste. I mixed it with cold water, and it was very pleasant to drink. The container is large and I really like the design—it looks great on the shelf. Even though I didn’t notice a big performance boost, I’m still open to trying it again or testing it during a different type of workout.

I did shake up that water instead of stirring and it worked just as well. The ingredients are way healthier than drinking an energy drink.

Surprisingly the flavor was good, taste kind of like a watermelon jolly rancher. It was a little difficult to mix, I did not use a mixer cup instead I used a coffee frother which worked great! It did give me a good boost of energy for my long productive day which made me feel great! Overall this was fresh tasting, refreshing, and made me feel good.

A little bit after drinking it, my anxiety started kicking in and I got heart palpitations. After looking it up, I think it's a reaction to the beta alanine. Not worth it for me, but if youre okay with that ingredient definitely give this one a try
