[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy for a few months now and it has become a staple in my workout routine. The energy boost is noticeable but not overwhelming — perfect for a pre-workout snack or an afternoon energy boost without the jitters. The strawberry flavor is similar to Starburst. Great for the energy boost. This is and still is one of my favorite energy supplements. I love the flavors, especially the watermelon one, which is one of the best. It dissolves really quickly and doesn’t clump at all. The best part is that I usually get a little jittery from energy drinks, but this one didn’t give me any jitters at all and the results were great. I will definitely be buying more in the future!

I drink It with one or two scoops depending on how much caffeine I want. This has been a great drink to help me cut out my second (and sometimes 3rd) cup of daily coffee. The energy it gives me feels balanced and not jittery. It is also a great drink for the morning after any drinking.

The taste is not sour and not too sweet but just right!! You add the powder to your water, shake and enjoy!! I’ve used this for about a week now and can definitely feel how the electrolytes and caffeine keep me energized to take on whatever the day may throw at me. I would definitely recommend giving this a try if your an on-the-go type of person.

First, I have to say it the case is absolutely scrumptious and very refreshing. I started using it every day and it instantly started noticing I had more energy and I felt better and I recently had just had surgery back in September and had a long road back to recovery. This is help me substantially with feeling more with it and being able to get more done and I just all-around feel much more healthier. The flavor was good and not overly artificially sweet and didn't leave a bad aftertaste like some powders do. It blended up nicely with a shaker bottle without any surprise chunks flying into my mouth.
