You just mix a couple scoops in a bottle of water. You can add more or add less powder depending on how strong you want it. It tastes delicious. I highly recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The optimum Nutrition Amin.O electrolytes are delicious, there is no nasty aftertaste and it dissolves nicely in water. Makes me feel hydrated and can continue to drink this. I would like to mix with other flavors to get a variety.

The recommended serving of Amin.o. gave me what I needed. I just take it about a half hour before a work out and it will get me through it! Believe me, I need that extra push! The watermelon flavor is fine for me! I don't drink a lot of sweet drinks, so it's kind of like a nice treat before my workout! I've also had some on days where I just didn't want my daily coffee and did not plan to work out (I just used less than the normal amount). I would recommend if you are someone who works out a lot, or needs the extra caffeine to get motivated and it tastes great.

I liked the watermelon flavor it didn’t seem to artificial. I like that it provided both energy and electrolytes in one serving. It makes a great day starting drink or pre workout.
