This is a tasty dish. You must make sure it is completely thawed before you cook. I was used to frozen to table cooking. Not here. Very good dish but also expensive for a single serving. Wouldn't buy again.

Teriyaki is very tasty

Very tasty, but the sodium content is through the roof. I probably won't buy as often as I would if there was less sodium; it's over half of the 'recommended' amount. I prefer to keep my daily sodium to at or below what it is for one bowl (over 1,600 mgs).

GREAT!! Super quick and easy when I'm needing something to pack in my lunch for work. Taste fresh and not overpowering. I feel like most Asian food like this is super sweet, but this one is the perfect amount of sweet and a little heat. Will for sure buy again. Plus, with all the protein I stay full all day so don't snack as much.

I love the taste, but I hope people that eat these realize that they are 1200 calories per bowl and the salt in these is over 1,000 mg. For reference a standard Big mac meal at Mcdonalds is about the same amount of calories. Or if you had 4 servings of oatmeal, or eating about 2 lbs of chicken I do get that this has more nutrient dense things but with a label like that without reading too much into it and I hadn't seen anyone review that portion Every now and then this would be a nice meal but again that label is not promising
