I will say the taste and freshness was good. I was impressed. I am not sure if the value is there or if it worth the money, tbh, but I think I will buy again!

The flavor on each of the 3 components of the bowl are fantastic. The chicken has a very good flavor not just a simple taste but very well made. The grains also very unique flavor but tasty! And the Teriyaki sauce very good! What I liked the most is that each bowl has 46 g of protein! Plus it’s perfect when you’re tired and don’t have too much energy or time to cook! In less than 5 min I was enjoying my super healthy and delicious meal! I served my sauce on the side because we are not consuming added sugars for the moment and still works perfectly! Thank you!!!

Cooking is easy, just microwave and go. The teriyaki sauce is flavorful but leans on the sweeter side, which may or may not appeal to everyone. The chicken is surprisingly tender for a on the go meal, though the vegetables can get slightly soft after microwaving. The packaging is sturdy but bulky. Overall, it’s a convenient, filling option with great flavor for the price.
