[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s actually very good! I’m always skeptical of these type meals but I honestly have to say that it didn’t taste like it was a microwaveable meal! I’m a big eater and can say that it was filling and the portion is suitable. The microwave process was very quick and depending on your microwave is finished in under 3 minutes. I like how the chicken, rice, and sauce was packaged separately instead of the typical combined ingredients. This is nice if you prefer a smaller amount of sauce. I also like that the chicken is “real” chicken and not some processed gunk! Overall I will easily give this 5 stars!

Everything is individually wrapped in plastic so you have to take scissors and cut them all open. I feel like it would be fine all mixed together or maybe just the sauce in a packet. The portion sizes were quite small as well. The chicken was kinda chewy too.

It was a good size for lunch or dinner. Since it is microwavable it is easy to travel with. The packaging clearly showed and defined the contents.

The sauce packet had e Pugh sauce for the meal and it didn’t feel dry. The chicken in the meal was tasty and not fatty. I would buy again.

The flavor on each of the 3 components of the bowl are fantastic. The chicken has a very good flavor not just a simple taste but very well made. The grains also very unique flavor but tasty! And the Teriyaki sauce very good! What I liked the most is that each bowl has 46 g of protein! Plus it’s perfect when you’re tired and don’t have too much energy or time to cook! In less than 5 min I was enjoying my super healthy and delicious meal! I served my sauce on the side because we are not consuming added sugars for the moment and still works perfectly! Thank you!!!

Just empty the rice, chicken and teriyaki sauce packets into the included plastic bowl and microwave for a few minutes. At 46g of Protein this is a very filling lunch or dinner. There are 2 meals in one kit. It tastes incredible.
