If anyone wants to know why it taste different I found an old label from before and compared to to my new box. The quick answer is they removed the barley and substituted triticale in. Oat fiber was added and finally the one everyone taste .....they reduced the amount of peanut butter. Before it was ahead of brown rice syrup on the list indicating it the weights of the ingredients but now it falls below. This was most like to save cost and increase volume. But isn't that always the case? Companies need to learn about not messing with a good thing.

I randomly decided to buy this for my picky daughter who needs more protein. We love the crunch and the taste! Not super sweet and good flavor. I was surprised to see all the negative comments but I didn’t ever try old recipe. The texture is great for cereal or on the go snack in a bag.

When you changed the recipe on the once-delicious berry cereal, you ruined the taste. So I switched to the Peanut Butter one…only to find that the hard clusters in this one are a tooth breaking hazard! C’mon Kashi, you need to address this- obviously many of the reviews call this out, so you are aware. Put your customers before your profits and fix this!

This stuff is delicious but right now while it says it is available for shipping, it says out of stock when I go to check out. I usually just eat this dry as a snack for some extra fiber and protein, but it’s good in milk too. It is closer to granola than cereal. Please get it back in stock! It’s so much cheaper at Sam’s Club (you get two bags) than at the regular grocery store.

Our whole family of 7 loves this cereal! My teens are in growth spurts rn and with our raw milk here in SC it made the perfect in-between-meals snack! But it's great on its own as a trail mix also! We were having 4 boxes shipped every 2 weeks. Please bring shipping back!

I used to love Kashi Go Peanut Butter Crunch. It used to have actual peanut butter flavor and a good crunch. Now it tastes like bland cardboard. There’s basically no flavor anymore, and the texture is awful — it’s so dry and hard that it’s actually difficult to chew. I’ve literally had pieces get stuck and make me choke while eating it. I don’t know what changed, but it’s a huge downgrade from what it used to be. Really disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite cereals.

I just bought this cereal and it’s my new favorite. I do wish the pieces were packed together a little bigger as I want to be able ti eat it with my hands rather than bowl and spoon. But either way I’ll keep purchasing as it’s tasty! It has a great texture and crunch.

This is to inform you that our latest purchase of Peanut Butter Crunch contained extremely hard pieces of cereal which adversely stressed my teeth When I bit into it. It almost felt like a piece of stone. Hopefully my teeth involved will recover. Lot: BSC A10 21 59 use by Nov 14, 2026

I am so very sad to give this peanut butter cereal a two star review today. This was my favorite cereal, but the last few boxes have been very bland, tasteless, and filled with big giant chunks of super hard cereal that you could crack a tooth with. I am very sad that my favorite cereal has become my not so favorite cereal. Kashi - I used to buy this all the time and I have no desire to get another box anymore if it’s gonna continue to taste this bad.

I used to really enjoy Kashi GO Peanut Butter cereal, but the recent recipe change is a major downgrade. There’s noticeably less peanut butter flavor, and the overall taste is flat and bland compared to before. The texture is also worse — the cereal now has hard, crunchy pieces that feel more like rocks than something you’d want to eat for breakfast. What was once a flavorful, satisfying cereal is now tough, poorly balanced, and honestly unpleasant to eat. This recipe overhaul feels like a cost-cutting move rather than an improvement, and it completely missed the mark. Unfortunately, this new version is a total flop, and I won’t be buying it again unless the original recipe comes back.
