I ordered this open box cleaner. It did not work at all! I sent it back and, fortunately got my money back.

Beware of open box items!

Easy to use, does a great job.  Put it to use cleaning up after a pet mess and ran around the house after cleaning the floors and anything else I could find until all the water was used up.  Very happy with the results.
I wish the hose disconnected from the unit, it would make storage much easier.  Other than that I have no complaints!
Definitely recommend.
