Love it. Works better than other models I've tried. It's great for getting deep in tile grout and getting the gunk out.

I purchased this steamer and it is user friendly and I am thrilled with the results of this investment.

Would have given it a 5 star however plastic nozzle attachments wear out extremely fast. It is great for cleaning tile and grout.
