I bought Neat about 2 years ago and it works perfectly. We use it almost revert eeek to clean the floors and even the walls. Easy to use!

Would have given it a 5 star however plastic nozzle attachments wear out extremely fast. It is great for cleaning tile and grout.

The steamer has the same design fault. This is our third one. The hose comes away from the cube as well as the handle as it gets too hot !!
