I have tried using Gillette razors over the years and no matter what I used I got irritation or bumps on my neck. I had to switch to electric foil shavers because of that. I gave this a shot and it did not disappoint. Whatever that little exfoliating bar is, it works! Once its hit with warm water it just glides like melted butter on my skin. No irritation, no bumps, I am a happy guy!

All I need with this razor is a hot shower and I can shave without shaving cream! I have enjoyed using it and would highly recommend the razor to anyone with sensitive skin.

I have used edge for 6 decades but now with the new designed can I just started using is too hard to use. I have to set the can down on the sink and push the button with my whole hand since I can no longer push with my finger. This also leads to getting too much shaving lotion because it is so hard to press. I would have thought Gillette would have tested the ease of use of the can by older people like me. I guess I will have to find a new shaving cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for my wife and she loves it. The base is very sturdy and hold the razor well. It is heavy but it doesn't adhere to anything so it is possible to move and knock off a ledge. The shave itself is smooth with no irritation. The handle feel good in the hand and like it's high quality.

The handle is comfortable and stores easily, the razor is comfortable and far superior to a lot of those "monthly club" razors out there. My only gripe is that the razors are perhaps too close together, which sometimes makes washing the cartridge a hassle, and I also have a hard time finding replacement cartridges locally (most stores prefer to stock the "Mach" lines, still). If it wasn't for those two problems, this would be my go-to model every time.
