[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GilletLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor to replace my old Mach 3 that i've had for years and I was super pumped the day that it arrived. I was looking forward to finally having a new razor with an exfoliating bar and also to finally have a magnetic base for my razor! (which is probably the 2nd coolest feature of this product after to the exfoliating bar =) The first few times I used this razor I did notice a closer shave, so much so that I noticed I could almost go and extra day without shaving versus the standard 2 days I was used to with my Mach 3. However, during a couple of these initial shaves I did have the unfortunate event of cutting myself with the razor when trying to shave just below my nostrils since I believe this razor simply has 1 too blades and can't adequately fit into and shave small spaces like the stubble just below my nose. So while I still use this razor for 90% of each of my shaves i've resorted to using my Mach 3 for the hard-to-get-to areas on my face to avoid cutting myself. So other than the "1 too many blades" concern above, I am still very happy with this razor and do enjoy the close shave, exfoliating bar, and magnetic base that it comes with. If they offered a smaller version of this razor with 1 or 2 less blades i'd buy it in a heart beat. But don't get me wrong this is still a great razor and worthy of at least 4 stars! So Thank-you Gillette!

They simply know how to do this right, and this razor is exceptional. The handle, stand and razors are just elegant and amazing. Extremely sharp that delivered super smooth shave leaving my skin slippery smooth. You also get +2 cartridges which is icing on the cake.

I often have problems with razors missing spots on my face, but this one seems to get most everything on the first swipe. It's lasted for a few shaves too, so that's a plus. I don't like all the packaging though. Seems excessive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor gives you a very close shave. The exfoliating bar is supposed to help soften your skin. I really can't tell the difference. Either way I really like the products that Gillette makes. So I'm kind of partial.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this razor! It has a great handle and grip so it doesn’t slip from your hand. The blades get a super close shave too. I use it to shave my head and it keeps me nice and smooth all day. The stand is really cool too. It helps keep my bathroom nice and organized and just makes everything more convenient. I’ll definitely be getting razor refills for this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as a Christmas present. Very nice I like the way it’s able to stand Straight up . Very classy. He loved it it’s worth the cost. This product works pretty well. I haven’t had to change the blade yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this razor. It's silly but the box it came in felt more like opening a cellphone than a razor. It was very well packed. The razor itself is much heavier and sturdier feeling than my fusion razor used previously. The shave provided was very good, similar to the fusion. For me honestly I couldn't tell the difference. That said the feel, the base, and the packaging make this a much nicer gift than the other razers Gillette offers. It is however priced a bit higher than the fusion which is the only real knock I can give it.

The exfoliating bar in my opinion is a game changer! it removes all debris from your face before the blades pass, so it delivers ultimate closeness! No Knick, or razor bumps, just a smooth shave with every pass. With the five blades that it has you will only need to pass once or twice for a great finish. I have sensitive skin and this shaver does not irritate my face what so ever! I am oh so happy with the GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor!
