Body was a little bit achy after the first night, but the aches and pains got lessen after a few nights. The set up was easy and the mattress inflated very quickly, did not smell any odor. The firmness is about medium which works well so far.

I had a problem with delivery but they were so helpful and on it for me. My daughter loves her new mattress, it has no bad smell and took about 60 seconds to “inflate”.

I bought the Casper Essential for my 4 year old and it is a great bed for kids. He likes that it is soft. I do think it is for light people versus heavy people. I own the Casper Hybrid for myself. It is better for heavier people since it has springs and the foam. The Essential is foam only. You can't beat Sam's pricing on the Casper Essential.

Save yourself money and you body and buy a real mattress. I have purchased “box” beds in the past and this is the worst!! My husband sank to the bottom and was sleeping on the box spring basically. Since mattresses are on back order and we couldn't return the bed in a decent amount of time, we decided to keep it and cut it in half and make dog beds. They are expensive beds for them but they love them. Don't make the same mistake we did..please!!

I have some mild back pain if sleeping on a soft mattress. This bed so far has been Incredible! I did my research on YouTube listening to mattress salesman promoting their own stores. The “Casper Essential” mattress was rated in the top 10 by several mattress small businesses. I've been sleeping on it for about two weeks now and I am extremely satisfied. At a $600 price point, I'll get another one for a separate room. It does have a “new bed” smell which is the typical memory foam odor but I don't feel like it's too strong. I have a pretty sensitive nose and it has continued to weaken over the past couple of weeks. Reviews say that it can take up to 4 weeks for it to mostly disappear. It is what it is, it's worth it. Not too firm, not too soft. I can sleep on my side or on my back and the bed just molds to me without giving in too much. I used to wake up in pain on my previous spring mattress and could only sleep for so long, this is the fix for sure ;)

I am in love with this mattress! It's very comfortable and very much worth the Sam's club price (saves money!!) I like some cushion and firmness together so this feels pretty great. My husband and I also have different needs from a mattress and we both agree we sleep well on this.
