Casper Essential 11" Full Mattress

Very comfortable mattress for a great price. This is the third foam mattress we have bought and I was surprised that this did not need any prep time, it fully expanded right out of the packaging! Regardless we let the mattress air out for about 72 hours to get rid of the initial packaging and chemical smell but it dissipated fully. The mattress does not feel the same as the regular Casper mattress you will likely test out in a physical store but its still extremely comfortable. It is firm yet plus on top. There is not much side support so keep that in mind and ensure you get the right size. Worth the price and seems like good quality that will last a long time.

Great mattress so far.  Bad customer service from Casper, but great help from Sam's Club.

FINALLY

The smell of the mattress is bad.  Haven't been able to try it out yet as we have been waiting over a week for the smell to go away.

Comfortable, yet firm. Didn't need to roll around as much to get comfortable. Didn't find the mattress to be hot at all.

Good mattress for a side sleeper

Insanely comfortable... You sit or lay on it and almost instantly just want to sleep which makes binge watching on my day off difficult lol

Comfortable for the value but the edges are very soft. With this mattress I have to sleep more toward the middle, so far it was worth the purchase.

Too soft. Since I bought this  My husband and I have both been waking up with shoulder and back pain.

Bought for toddler transitioning to twin bed from toddler bed. Mom and Dad have been falling asleep unintentially too and kid loves it

Good for big boy bed

This mattress is suppose to be a TWIN XL 80 inches long.  It definitely is not.  It also stayed severely bent on 1 side.  It's been weeks.  I am definitely not happy with it.   Trying to return it but you can NOT get this in a box

NOT SATISFIED SHORT ON LENGTH & still bent twisted

I'm sorry. We took this mattress out of the box and: 1. The box appeared as if it had been resealed 2. The plastic bag containing the mattress was torn open - 20" (I took a photo) 3. We removed the mattress from the bag and let it expand 4. the ODOR emanating from the was a horrible chemical smell! 5. We had family coming in a week, so leaned the mattress against the wall so that it was only touching on the edge on the carpet - and against a corner of the wall - almost no contact - in the hopes is would "off-gas" - fan on high. 6. We waited until the morning of the day our daughter was arriving, and put it on the queen frame with a mattress pad and sheets. 7. The smell was muted somewhat - at first. Our daughter slept on it one night. 8. Now, fully two weeks later, the smell was coming through the bedding! 8. My wife just removed the mattress pad and sheets to let the mattress air out, but they stank so badly, they have to be washed. 9. We have the mattress up against the wall, the smell undiminished. 10. Thankfully, during the initial setup, the "DO NOT REMOVE" tags were torn off (no handles on the mattress), we set them aside, so if the smell is not gone in another week, we will be forced to initiate a return. There is no way anyone with a sense of smell could sleep on this mattress. Disappointed that our "GREAT DEAL" has turned terribly sour.

STINKS TERRIBLY - even after two weeks unboxed!

This is a great deal for a mattress such as Casper.  The mattress is soft, but not too soft.  We had a plush from another manufacturer and sunk in way too much.  This seems to be a happy medium.  Only time will truly tell, but so far so good.  It's a 10.
