This is a great deal for a mattress such as Casper.  The mattress is soft, but not too soft.  We had a plush from another manufacturer and sunk in way too much.  This seems to be a happy medium.  Only time will truly tell, but so far so good.  It's a 10.

So Far So Good

I've been putting off buying a new mattress as with way too many choices, I felt overwhelmed. But I did my homework and watched a few reviews and made up my my on the Casper. I now feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud! Going to bed at night is such a treat! I love my new mattress!

Such a treat to buy a new mattress

Recently perched Full size Casper mattress. Absolutely love it ! The best product ever! Highly recommended! Sleeping on the cloud! I am lightweight, working for me great! Delivery was so fast right to my step doors!

Sleep well!!!

This is a good mattress if you like medium firmness. I like something softer so had to get a foam mattress topper.  The mattress itself is more for light weight people. It doesn't have enough pressure support for curvier folks.

Medium firm

Was a very comfortable mattress, but full size is already listed smaller than standard at only 53" on specs, but it wasn't even 52"wide.  Thought that this was a fluke and Sams was good enough to take it back and provide a replacement, but replacement was also less than 52" wide.  Sam's took this back as well.  They even provided a company to pick up the mattresses.

So disappointed

A good mattress for kids or someone who likes a softer mattress.  You lay on it and sink in.  It does offer support but at the same time a disconcerting feeling of being swaddled in a foam layer if you weigh 175# or more.

Softer than expected

I rate a 2 because we had to buy the bed in store after weeks of trying to track the bed and get a refund. Sam's was helpful but the vendor was no help. The bed overall is ok.

Great bed, bad Vendor

The mattress was delivered in Feb 14th and still has not risen to the 11” thickness advertised. There is also a strong Odor for the first 4-5 days which caused a few headaches. The mattress isn't as firm as I hoped it would be. Other reviews stated it was too firm but I find that to be the opposite. The edges are extremely soft sink in easily.

Not impressed

not as advertised. 9 3/4 inches high at most. doesn't seem like a big deal but lose remote under headboard, pillows slide under head board. old mattress was 11 inches with no gap under headboard. Believe when they say it takes 30days to get use to it, even more. Not recommended .

Not recommended

I'm sorry. We took this mattress out of the box and: 1. The box appeared as if it had been resealed 2. The plastic bag containing the mattress was torn open - 20" (I took a photo) 3. We removed the mattress from the bag and let it expand 4. the ODOR emanating from the was a horrible chemical smell! 5. We had family coming in a week, so leaned the mattress against the wall so that it was only touching on the edge on the carpet - and against a corner of the wall - almost no contact - in the hopes is would "off-gas" - fan on high. 6. We waited until the morning of the day our daughter was arriving, and put it on the queen frame with a mattress pad and sheets. 7. The smell was muted somewhat - at first. Our daughter slept on it one night. 8. Now, fully two weeks later, the smell was coming through the bedding! 8. My wife just removed the mattress pad and sheets to let the mattress air out, but they stank so badly, they have to be washed. 9. We have the mattress up against the wall, the smell undiminished. 10. Thankfully, during the initial setup, the "DO NOT REMOVE" tags were torn off (no handles on the mattress), we set them aside, so if the smell is not gone in another week, we will be forced to initiate a return. There is no way anyone with a sense of smell could sleep on this mattress. Disappointed that our "GREAT DEAL" has turned terribly sour.
