Garbage

I bought this less than a year ago and the cooktop chipped on a burner that’s barely used. It’s not covered under warranty because of the “pot” used! What???Si stupid, I have no words! What else should I use on a cooktop!

Good stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) So far so good, love the minimalist design with no backboard, large capacity and seems to cook evenly. First into my apartment sized kitchen well!

Disappointed

Performance Issues: The process is slow; if you prefer quick results, be prepared to wait a minute for things to start. Convection oven temperatures are limited to 365°F, which can be frustrating. There is no direct readout of the oven temperature while it heats up, making it difficult to anticipate or preload dishes. The app has no real benefit The achieved temperature alarm is often inaudible, leaving me unsure if it even works. The timer is quiet, and if you don’t hear it in the other room, it will shut off and keep cooking. It's better to set a separate timer on your phone. Safety Concerns: For safety, you must hold the lock-off button for 5 seconds before operating the stove. Otherwise, you risk accidentally turning a knob and potentially causing a fire. My daughter nearly melted a bottle of olive oil on the cooktop last week while using one of the other burners because she accidentally bumped a knob. She accidentally burned herself on the burner that was unexpectedly on and then too noticed the melting bottle. The recall (lock button sticker) seems to only protect you when the unit is not in use! We installed this stove in our new house, but I'm tempted to swap it for our old one we have in storage. This model feels like a redesign that lacks intuitive operation and common sense features the help one be an efficient cook

Should have an option for MINUS 5 Stars

This range is the absolute WORST product I've ever had to experience. We purchased it a little over a year ago (May 2024), though I should have taken all the bad reviews more seriously. It takes forever to heat up (literally 10 minutes to boil a pot of water) and once it’s heated, the burner stays red hot even when turned down to low, and it burns everything. You CANNOT WALK AWAY FROM YOUR COOKING, or your food will be ruined. I mean exactly that, do not even turn your back! Also, if you walk past the stove and happen to bump into it, without realizing, a burner will turn on without your knowledge. We often have people over for meals and serve buffet style in the kitchen. My husband needs to run a long piece of packing tape across the front of the knobs to make sure the stove doesn't turn on and cause a fire or burning of items sitting on the stove. If you decide to purchase this stove, the only good thing is, I won’t be there to tell you I told you so. DON’T DO IT
