Way too soft for my liking or needs. I felt like I was on a water bed! I called to ask what level of softness it was and was told it was "plush". I never saw that on any of the details.

Disappointed. Topper is hard as a rock and has no cooling properties at all. Bad enough that I am writing this at 2:30am wishing I had not taken my other topper off. Topper is so hard it is hurting my shoulder. What a waste of time and hopefulness.

This topper is too firm. I was so disappointed. I have already thrown away the packaging and receipt so I can't return it. I'm now shopping for another topper.

This topper is super soft, and has an unpleasant chemical odor, it's not cooling at all, i actually feel warmer sleeping on it. I left the topper to air out for about 2 weeks and the chemical smell is still present....Do not buy!

Amazingly comfortable, haven't slept this comfortably ever! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and I want to lay in bed all day. I wake up refreshed but sad that I have to leave my bed. I recommend this heavily. Already told my friends and family to purchase!

Wow, what a great deal for this item. The topper is so comfortable and the cooling part is so nice. I like that the cover is removable and washable, the only down side is is that after its on the first time its not very easy to get on and off again by yourself, however the cover is not needed its just a nice bonus.

It's good, but not great, it worked as needed, but was only a temporary solutution.

Comfortable, amazing support for my body. It was worth every penny.
