Would be better if cover was attached to the foam instead of having to tuck it under the mattress.

While the topper makes a firm mattress more comfortable, it has a polyester cover. Polyester is plastic and traps heat, making the cooling claim false. Do not buy this if you are trying to cool your bed.

If you're like me you noticed the low ratings were all over the place, too soft, hard like a rock etc... etc ... So which is it. I wanted to try and give some clarity to that. My experience starts with the gold standard of Tempur-pedic. Dense, deep, slow sink, but hot as heck. We LOVED them. For years we bought their toppers at a similar membership big box store. Until they changed the formula to the white, cloud Serenity formula. I'm sure there are folks like me that now hate their mushy marshmallow with no support, and don't want to shell out big bucks for the Adapt. I bought THIS mattress pad after that failure, because in store the foam seemed to have that nice density and slow sink to it. Even better because the price was right on sale. It was a great topper, until about a month in it wasn't. In my opinion those people referencing the rock feel, are talking about the initial feel or maybe aren't as familiar with memory foam. Those saying too soft, are more in my camp. I think this mattress pad softens up way too fast. Keep in mind this was also during winter, meaning summer would have been way worse had we kept it. I would wake up with so much back and hip pain...which is usually what memory foam is good at alleviating. At any rate I am disappointed this one was a miss. It unfortunately was returned. The hunt for a budget friendly foam topper continues.

It is soft, yet supportive. I've only slept on it for a week, and I like it so far! Waking up with no hip pain.

I sleep on a very firm queen size memory foam mattress I purchased 5 yrs ago. I’m 79 and have not been able to sleep more than 5-6 hrs interrupted a night for months. I’ve always preferred firm mattresses for years. I realized when I stay in a good hotel traveling I sleep much better. Decided it might be my mattress. I hate buying mattresses because it’s trial and error. Once I tried a 2” topper and it was misery. Tried the Members Mark 4” gel topper and wow! Amazing difference. Well worth the purchase.
