We started with one frame for my elderly parents. It was very easy to set up. We sent requests to family members to upload photos and everyone responded enthusiastically. We digitized old family photos from my parents childhood and our childhood. Now, we have a rich collection of photos all in one place. We've ordered three more frames since then, so that all the siblings have one in their home. It is very easy to upload photos in the app, so we all add photos all the time. It is a wonderful record of what everyone is up to. My mother, who is 87 and can't always get to family events, watches it like a tv. It really is a great gift.

Once you get an Aura, and adorable photos start appearing on your coffee table, you start adding people to your photo feed - they don’t have to own an Aura to contribute. (It’s all the photos your kids forget to send of your grandchildren.) So then they buy Auras for the other side of the family; it’s actually a way that cousins can grow up seeing each other who have never met. You get to decide who you send which photos to. It spreads like a virus (a good one). I recently discovered that a beloved niece and stepchild who were contributing wonderful baby photos vis the app, didn’t own their own Aura frames. Coincidentally, Aura was having a discount-for-two sale, so we sent each of them their own frame. They were thrilled. It’s a family connection device regardless of where everyone stands politically or emotionally. Well done, Aura. You’ve bridged the divide!

My experience with purchasing the Aura was seamless. It is a gift for my son's 40th birthday and I am sure he will enjoy it as much as we do every day. It is wonderful to SEE photos of the family and of events. It is an AURA experience that using cell phone pictures or Facebook can't match. Because it was easy to get this, Everyone in our family will have an AURA frame as milestones, like a 40th birthday, arrive.

The day after you get one for a gift. I love this. Set one up for my wife, and we stop and smile often during the day. It’s a 24 hour reminder of great moments in your life. I bought one within a month, for a family member, and I have two more that will be Christmas gifts. For anyone you need a "better gift" for….this is very thoughtful and will be loved by them

My friend told me about this frame and how easy it is for family to text photos to it. My father who doesn't have a cell phone was missing out on seeing photos of kids, grandkids and a new great grandson. I ordered it easily on line it arrived within in days and was easy for him to set up.

I ordered 2. I got the gift claim code for the one to Gabriel and Julie Nemecek, but not for the one for Susan Gray. I also was not given an opportunity to upload pictures to Susan's frame. Neither of them have set up their frames yet. Can I still upload photoes to them? Will photos they upload be added to my frame automatically? When photos are uploaded by them to my frame, will they be uploaded to the frames of others who add to mine? (I hope not) Answers would be helpful. Thanks Edith Gray

The display is great. I bought 2 and both times had difficulty with set up. The first time I couldn’t transfer the gift to the recipient. The second time on my end, it looks like the gift was not received or opened however the recipient has it set up and is using it. Its great that we can preload the photos and share the link.

I love this frame and concept. Like many others, I have thousands of pictures on my phone that I don’t look at. So to go though and pick favorite pictures and actually get to see them through a slide show on the frame is great. The set up couldn’t be easier too. The choices of frames are high quality and stylish. I’d highly recommend!

Texas is a big state and we can’t always be together as a family. This amazing frame allows us to see each other's big event or weekend fun. I gifted this to others and they are so in love with the interaction, they are gifting the frame and spreading the love.

I received my 1st frame Dec. 2019. Unfortunately it stopping working. I’m not sure if 4 1/2 yrs of use is acceptable or expected? I did contact customer support & they offered a % off. I did order another one as I love it so. Being able to remotely add pictures & then have them scroll is great.
