My Mom had a frame for several years. One day it stopped working. We contacted Aura about gettting a new power supply. They shipped us a new one for free, however that did not fix the problem. Aura gave us a 40% discount for a new frame and transfered 300 pictures from the old to the new frame. Very good service and very helpful. Mom is 85 and the photos are very important to her every day.

Bought this for my husband as his parental leave was coming to an end. He absolutely loves having photos of our little one on his desk at work. At least once a day he takes a picture of his picture frame and texts it to me. Now I need to get one for myself!

I bought the Aura frame for my mom who just moved from her house into a senior living situation. I gave it to her for Mother’s Day. It was nice that I could set the frame up and load some photos before I gave it to her. Reading the instructions carefully is vital. Once we got the frame working, she loved it. I like the fact that you can invite others to add their pictures to the frame.

I found the frame relativity easy to set up. I wish the instructions included the fact that if you want to post google photos, you must use auras email code provided to send to the frame. I don't like the fact there are only 2 choices for display- random and chronological. I would like to be able to arrange order myself. Also, I would like the instructions to include how not to display side by side for some pics. I would like to show some as a single pic. The crispest photos are from my Samsung S23. I've been sending photos that I took on my phone since 2008. The old Droid Razor Max pics aren't as crisp the Samsung S23 ones. Technology sure has changed!!!

I love my Aura. Everyone in my family shares their experiences with me by adding their pictures to my Aura. I don’t have to wait until they come home from their trips and wait until they visit to see the pictures. The pictures are available about the same time the events are happening. It’s Great!

Got this for Mother’s Day gift & it was a hit! Super easy to use and everyone was able to share photos of themselves & the grandchildren! Mother loved it ! What would make this even better is if it was wireless & didn’t need to be plugged in

It took a while to get all the old photos in one place. I needed to do that and this just helped me get motivated. The frame is great, we were buying 2 for each of our boys and their families and decided to get one for ourselves. Great idea! It says unlimited photos, so we are adding photos almost daily. We love the frame and having the photos visible.

I LOVE my Aura frame and believe everyone of my loved ones should have this special gift! That keeps giving!! I have now orchestrated the purchase of 4 frames for my closest loved ones. I have it on all day long in my kitchen. My family, and especially my 2 year old granddaughter, are out of the corner of my eye all day long.I often find myself closing in on the images and smile…my heart gets so full! So good for the soul…esp in this crabby world we live in. Great gifts for grandparents, or like my adult son, who lives across the country to be connected to his family!!!

I received this gift as a Christmas present and love uploading a variety of photos from my phone through the app. I love that the frame turns off when I leave the room too, so it doesn’t waste energy. Now I’ve gifted these frames to other family members and they absolutely love it too!
