I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it

High-quality device with very slick and easy-to-use app. The ability to share access with family members so that they can add photos is great. One improvement would be a physical on/off switch. My 90-year old grandmother is struggling with the touch controls.

I bought Aura frames as Mother’s Day gifts and also got one for myself. I love it!! It was so easy to set mine up and to set up the gift frames through the Aura app. I love that I can also add pictures through the website since I have some good oldies on my computer. The picture quality is amazing.

I received an Aura frame from my children for Mother's Day and loved it! I proceeded to gift it to my mother-in-law and my father. My oldest daughter (who discovered Aura frames to begin with) kept dropping hints that she would really love one herself so we bought one for her birthday. We aren't done gifting Aura yet. This has been single-handedly the best present I have gotten for family members in years. Essentially, all the grandparents and siblings now get daily photos without having to ask. I simply upload via the app any new photos and they have them instantly. Whether I’m traveling with their grandchild/niece for vacation in another country or whether it is just a lazy Sunday in the park, I can immediately upload the photos to the frames and it goes out to all of them. Long gone are the constant requests for pictures. Best of all, they can watch the frame to see new memories or old pop up all day long. Brings smiles to everyone’s faces without any hassle!

I would definitely recommend this product. We ordered and the product arrived quickly. It was easy to install We are empty nesters so our children no longer living with us. We shared the link to the frame and everyone has been sharing photos. We eat our meals in the kitchen and everyday enjoy pictures of our family and friends. Isn't that what life is all about? I had a unit arrive damaged and I emailed them the picture and the next day a new one was shipped and I was very happy when I finally was able to plug it in and see our beautiful family pictures! The app makes it very easy to upload pictures from your phone and see them instantly.

This was given to me as a gift from my adult children and I simply love it so much, that we got another for our other home. Now I can see all of our pictures in either place. The kids have the app of their cellphones and can "send" pictures to my two Aura Frames so I've got the latest pics of them, their friends, and the good times we've all had over the years. Easy to set up, easy to send pictures to, gotta love it!

My Mom had a frame for several years. One day it stopped working. We contacted Aura about gettting a new power supply. They shipped us a new one for free, however that did not fix the problem. Aura gave us a 40% discount for a new frame and transfered 300 pictures from the old to the new frame. Very good service and very helpful. Mom is 85 and the photos are very important to her every day.
