Ok so every Saturday my husband has to take our son out for at least 2.5-3 hours out of the house so I can spend a majority of my precious family time cleaning my floors. Every Saturday I : Vacuum Mop with hot water & vinegar Mop again with hot water & Lysol ( bc I hate the vinegar smell) And then steam mop to get rid of the excess water on the floors. EVERY SATURDAY I DO THIS EVERY SATURDAY I WASTE THAT MUCH TIME. This is what came off my floors in the 15 minutes on a Tuesday. I cleaned my floors as stated above just 3 days ago and this is what came up! I'm embarrassed yet satisfied . Also can do it with my son in the house because it leaves the floors dry enough he won't slip on them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this. I'm very picky about how my floors are cleaned especially because I have pets, but this definitely does the job. Before it would take me anywhere between 2-4 hrs to deep clean the floors and carpets but with this it only takes an hour at most. It's a great time saver and picks up all the yucky stuff.

I've lent it to friends who have pets and they fall in love with the machine, even as they hate how DIRTY the water is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I can say is the Crosswave is the best machine that I have ever known. I wish I had had one in college and all the past years! I taught elementary art for twenty- two years and you know how messy that was. Our art room had CARPET if you can believe it! Glue , paint, markers, paper mache, clay, glitter, water etc. and everything you can imagine! Dripping paper mache, Glitter, glitter everywhere! Paint and splatters everywhere in the carpet. Little beads and bobbles and confetti and sparkles of all sizes and not to mention popcorn on our special occasions everywhere! The crosswave does every function that anyone could ever need! If I had had one in the art room it probably wouldn't ever be there cause everyone would be borrowing it. It would be a wonderful wedding gift and should be in every household. If I could afford it that's what I would give for all my friends and family. I love my crosswave and will always! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans okay on floors - not as well as I would like. I like being able to vacuum and mop at the same time, however, the mop option needs to either have hotter water or better solution to clean the floors adequately.

So, I got one, the cleaning lady got one, then her friend got one. Looks like the whole neighborhood is inspired. My floors have never been cleaner.

I don't know why you are asking me to review this product. I have not even received it! Very poor customer service when it comes to delivery. The cleaning products and replacement filter ordered at the same time was delivered 2 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and when I called about anticipated delivery, I was advised that it would not arrive until after Christmas. I wanted to cancel the order so that I could purchase a new gift for my son but was advised that I could not cancel. So my son goes without the gift he asked for Christmas. Thank you Bissell! Will not order from you online and advising others not to order online so nice Your company does not keep to the delivery dates stated when you purchase online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised. The Crosswave vacuums and mops thoroughly, all at once! Has great suction, pulls the dog hair away from the walls and corners. Stuck on dirt comes up with a few passes. A friend referred this product, so glad she did!

This is just what we needed to make cleaning SO much easier that we just purchased a 2nd one for other friends of ours that do dog boarding for their lobby area which is rugs and linoleum so they could clean everything at once.
