I am an elderly person and needed a floor cleaner that would help me clean the floors and make my life easier. Well this one really works great. It is light weight and cleans better than any floor cleaner I ever had. I does it all in one step. It vacuums and mops all at one swipe. It dries the floor with another swipe. Really amazed at how it works and does a great job. So glad I got this Bissell Crosswave.

It scrubs up dried spills and everything. The floor dries in seconds! I believe strongly that every new Mom should get one as a baby shower gift. Thank you Bissell!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a cleaner that would be gentle for berber loop carpeting. This cleaned the carpet and didn't pull or mess the texture of the carpet. Cleaned very well. It was also used on vinyl flooring in the kitchen and cleaned nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly I would say that I love my Bissell Crosswave becuase of its ability to vacuum and mop in one step. It's lightweight and easy to use. It's perfect for my home. If I had larger areas to clean frequently however the cost of the liquid cleaner would add up quickly. Also it doesn't have the ability to get into tight spaces as much as I would like. All in all though I'm happy with the Crosswave.

But if you have something sticky on your floor you may or may not be able to get it out. Its not good for stain in general. But it clean the dirt and its a great vacuum. I'm happy to have it, but im not 100% happy with it. I still have some concern. For the carpet its really great even for the small one for your shoes

Well i will say i have gotten rid of all my "other" cleaning methods and cleaned out my way too cluttered broom closet and now just love and use the Bissell cross wave. I have cut diwn on cleaning time by over half that aline fir busy people us well worth it. Love that it cleans and freshens my floor and makes my home snell clean. With pets and people this us always a challenge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, if I could give 4.5 stars I would. It's absolutely what I wanted out of my first big girl purchase, but the buttons did need some getting used to and sometimes the dirty water tank is hard to take out because things get stuck in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best home purchase I have ever made! It cuts my cleaning time drastically. This works excellent just as a vacuum as well! This cleans and picks up better than any other vacuum I have ever and washes my hardwood floors better than anything else I have ever used. As a test, I used my regular vacuum (will not say which one but did cost almost twice as much as my Crosswave) and I then washed my floors with another brand floor cleaner. At this point I thought my floors were clean and they looked clean. I then used my Crosswave, my god I have been living in filth!!! Not only do I have a better clean but I have it in A LOT less time. I had never used Bissell before and I will never use another brand again. Thank you Bissell!!! Oh and I do have a German Shepard and two kittens.
