It is so much easier using the CrossWave than 1st using the vacuum cleaner and then washing the floor. The CrossWave saves so much time and does a great job. Easy to use and very easy to take apart to clean out the components. We have also used it to spot clean carpets. Does a great job!

The not having to sweep beforehand. The drying it up. It was just SO GOOD. I've never been so excited to clean my floors now ❤

We purchased this about a month ago. So far it has done an excellent job on our tile floors and area rugs. we have large dogs and this makes it easy to do quick cleanups. The only thing that they could do better is make it quieter. We have both a Bissell rug shampooer and a Dyson and neither are as loud as this is. I give it a 5 in performance but marked it down due to the excess noise.

Had part of my floor that no matter what I did was brown but not anymore. Only thing I don't like is how it doesn't go up to the wall as close as I thought.

I typically only sweep and mop my floors once a week and with this product I'm able to clean at least 3 times a week! It was worth every penny.

I use the crosswave to clean my entire house. All pergo style flooring and a few small area rugs. I have 2 dogs, a toddler and a messy husband. I love this crosswave! It cleans amazingly! My floors and carpets look great. Sure...the cord could be longer and it would be nice if it got closer to the baseboards...but I have no problem overlooking these things due to how well the machine cleans. I would absolutely buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started using this product. It cleans the floors adequately but the noise the machine makes is much louder and high pitched than expected. I'll be wearing hearing protection. I'd rank this as a 3 1/2 stars.

My whole house is ceramic tile no more sweeping vacuuming getting out the bucket and the mop changing the water again and again and again. This machine is so easy to use. Great project. I have cancer of my right lung and I have a hard time doing anything but this is easy for me and ideal.
