[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to use on my hardwood floors and it is wonderful! I could not believe how dirty my floors were prior to using this for the first time. I would recommend it to everyone with hard surface floors.

totally unsatisfied = a mop and bucket of water is far more effective (better results) and far less time consuming. I regret purchasing this item. It will sit in the spare room and become a dust collector until I have the energy and desire to look at it one more time and toss in onto the trash.

If you're a slave to your floors, YOU NEED THIS WET DRY VACUUM! It does exactly as advertised: it sucks up the dirt, it scrubs, it dries and you're good to go! If you have babies playing on the floor worry no more! There won't be a speck of anything for them to find and put in their mouths - I have one that puts everything disgusting in his mouth with a fondness for ROCKS. Ugh! So when I say there's nothing left on the floor but a gloss like you've never seen before please believe me. And let's don't forget every purchase from Bissell helps care for homeless pets! That's a cause very near and dear to my heart and it absolutely determined which brand I purchased.

Just used this product for the first time and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! My daughter and I both have very long, thick hair. Between our hair and my dog's hair, our off white floor needs sweeping daily, and mopping at least twice a week. I was looking for something that would make the chore of sweeping and mopping my laminate floor easier and faster. This absolutely does that. I was concerned about the clean up of the machine after use because the instructions made it seem daunting as there are several compartments that have to be emptied and rinsed. However, it was a breeze, and took me all of 3 minutes. And, the quality of the clean? Better than my standard sweep and mop (maybe a upgraded Swiffer-type is the best description) process. My broom never picked up all the hair, so when I mopped, I made sure I did so in the same direction for each section so the hair left behind by my broom would all accumulate in one little section. After mopping, I'd then have to walk the whole floor with a sponge or rag to pick up all my little piles of hair. This has eliminated all that!!! My floors really look great! Only pre-sweeping I did was around my dog's food dish for the large pieces of kibble. I'm not one to buy the latest gadgets, etc., but I am so pleased with this purchase!!! Highly recommend

I ordered this item for my mother for Christmas. It came with water in the solution compartment and HAIR all over the spinner. It was clearly used and returned. When it said when I bought it condition-NEW!! Which was bull crap!!. I paid over price for it also. Cause it was the only one I could find at the time. Going to return it now. Take my advice and don't order this one.

This is the greatest thing I have bought in a long time. I have 3 cats on all hardwood floors. I can clean the entire house in no time at all. Mine came with an extra head. I use it to clean my small concrete balcony. The brush has held up well for that. I will never be without this machine. My mother and daughter have already bought one after borrowing mine.

Did not care for it. Did not pick up as much water as it spat out. Turned m white area rug into a gray one. My husband and was livid by the time we shipped it back. Also the handle once it is clicked in is permanent. So if you ship it back you have to buy a larger box. I cleaned it after each use and dried it. Yet the very next time I would vacuum the most foul smell came from the vacuum. And I was really excited about the reviews I had seen prior but this was a true let down. It also left a film on my floor. I followed the instructions and used only the bissell solution in the instructed amounts. Not sure if I just got a dud or if this is the product standard.

I thought this was a perfect fit for my home since I mainly have hardwoods and area rugs. It really should not be too difficult of a job to handle. The water had no problem coming out of the machine however it never was able to suck it up. I was never able to empty out dirty water and to make things worse there were dirty puddles on the hardwood that I would have to clean up with paper towels. I didn't think twice about taking this back. Love the idea but just not successfull at actually doing the job.
