After going thru Hurricane Laura AND Hurricane Delta less than a month apart, needless to say, our house was a mess. We are just now getting finished with repairs. Still have a couple of weeks to go!! The Bissell Crosswave has been a life saver! If any of you have built a new house, you know the construction mess that comes with it!!! The Crosswave did exactly what it said it would do! My floors came out amazingly clean and it was super simple!!!!

The box was damaged - had been open - unit looked used - I was in Fla unit on sale - paid by credit card - had a friend go get it for me in NC were I live - very disappointed that they would even send this mess out to a customer's car - told my friend not to worry I would return when I got home.

Best vacuum ever! Cuts cleaning time in half. Floors look spotless. You'll be amazed at how much dirt and hair is picked up and deposited into the dirty water tank. My only complaint is the clean up after you finish You have to empty the dirty water tank and wash, clean the filter, and brush. But it is still worth the money and effort. I would highly recommend and buy again.

First off, it's overpriced. I have used it twice and my biggest complaint is when the water/cleaning solution tank is getting low it goes into a high pitch noise and the cleaning solution is coming out too fast and trying to mop it up is difficult. The end result is you get streaks on your tile. I also can't get around the toilets due to the size of the machine and I notice that it doesn't edge clean because the grout of the tile isn't wet near the wall. Then you get to clean the machine. The reason I bought this was to save me some work but I may have wasted my money.

I purchased this machine for the nursery at our church. Love this!!! it makes cleaning the floors a breeze and did a fabulous job on the large area rugs that we have. If I had sealed hardwoods or mostly hard floors at home, I would definitely be purchasing for my own personal use.

I wish I hadn't waited so longnto make this purchase! I bought the cordless option for myself. I waited because the price was so steep. But its worth every single penny and then some. I purchased this (the corded) for my adult son's first apartment. He loves it too!

Absolutely love this purchase. The only fault I find is to complete my entire downstairs I have to empty and refill at least 3 times. I did find that the multiple purpose brush worked better for my hardwood, the hardwood brush tends to streak it. This is very easy to maneuver, light weight, and definitely saves time by sweeping and vacuuming all at once! Would recommend to anyone who has lots of hardwood/tile.

I owned one of the original units years ago and loved it except the water tank was too small and i had to keep stopping to refill. This newer model can clean my whole area with one tank so that part is excellent. The only downside is you will still need a mop to clean around the spaces too small for the head of the unit, like around the toilets, behind some furniture, etc. i haven't tried the rug cleaner yet but fully intend to do so soon. I feel the unit does a much better job of cleaning than a mop and bucket. I do my floors every week and i couldn't believe the level of dirty water!! I only have a few area rugs and really didn't want to buy a separate rug shampooer so this was the perfect solution.

The Bissell CrossWave Appears to be made well and assembly was very easy. The pricing was reasonable and it came with multiple brushes and cleaning fluids. We used it the first time on our floors and it was easy to use and did a good job. If you want to use it on a rug you must buy the roller for a rug because it does not come with it even though it comes with three rollers for hard surfaces.

Bought this to exclusively use on my stained covered deck, we live in the country & have a gravel drive and over the winter the dust that has collected ( would not blow off with leaf blower) was really bothering me. We chose a heavy solids stain to really protect the wood, but the dust sticks & I was researching what to use & decided on this Bissel Crosswave, it worked perfectly, only thing I'd change is the dirty water reservoir to be larger so you don't have to stop & empty as often ( I completely cleaned the whole machine each reservoir change bcuz it was oily-ish filthy & wanted the best performance I could get. I'm super satisfied !
