I looked for a product like this for years. Thank you Bissell for finally making it! Its great for big and little messes of all kinds.

My crosswave really cleaned my rug and wood floor. I am expressed with ease of the product so user friendly.

Overall, great product. I did have to go over some spills in the kitchen more to get the area clean.

This works great on all our tile floors; it's easy to use, and not heavy. Floors get sparkly clean!!

Due to design limitations you can not clean to the edge, something needs to support the roller. Can't use the front edge either.

Cuts the time to keep the floors/rugs clean in half. I use it on hardwood flooring, laminated wood flooring, tile flooring and area rugs.

Absolutely love it! Works amazingly! Only complaint is what a mess it is to clean human hair out of it and I wished I would have gotten the cordless.

It's important to follow the post-use cleaning instructions. The machine is constructed to make them pretty easy.
