I want to buy this

Can I use this on hard wood floor that is not sealed? I have open cracks between my plank's, but I want this so badly

Can't get both sides of cleaning head to squirt wsyer'

I wish I could find out how to repair squirting process on one side of machine ! Yes I have taken it apart and cleaned areas sending water out!

I use my cross wave just about every day. I have two dogs and it makes everything so much better and it is so reliable.

Outstanding product.

Love the Crosswave. Cleans the kitchen tile while removing excess dirty water. I hate scrubbing floors so I really love the Crosswave.

My CrossWave

I love it. It makes washing floors so easy and it's an added bonus to have it vacuum at the same time. I don't mind cleaning house now!

I just got it and find myself having to mop over with my Swifter. It does pick up hair however not as good as my Kirby.

Works great. Didn't know my floors were that dirty.

I knew my kitchen floors were dirty but OMG!! Didn't know how bad it was until I used this product. Used a sponge mop in the past but never again.
