just got this and tried it. Had a Hover Floormate before. This is much lighter and easier to clean. Doesn't completely dry the floor but leaves it great looking

It does all I hoped it would! Easy to operate and clean and my floors are actually clean for the first time since I moved in. No mop can do what this machine does and the way it makes my rugs look is just a bonus. I am really happy with it.

I love my new CrossWave, it is everything I hoped for. I have an older Yorkie and she is beginning to have accidents in the house. The CrossWave cleans it up in minutes.

This product left my hardwood and tile flooring looking worse than before I used it. It just smeared the dirt and now wet dirt all over. Streaks everywhere, floor still dirty. I am not one to complain but this is really disappointing.

As a mom of 2 very active kids and 3 dogs, my floors get dirty quickly. I bought this floor cleaner to help me get through the "between" times when my house keeper comes to clean. It is very convenient, however not as powerful as a regular mop.

I am just unboxing this floor cleaner, but have not used it yet. I will come back and update the review if I can after I've used it, but want to say right up front the picture and features section is VERY misleading. The picture shows one brush in the machine, one extra brush and cleaning solution. Just beware there is NO extra brush. Very frustrating.

Yes, that's right. I said I Hated it. Strong words for me. My husband purchased this product for our home. We have 3 Siberian Huskies, and a 6-year-old; so, our house gets hairy & dirty. This product sounded great, but from the first time I used it I disliked it. It gets clogged easily and to unclog it, I am forced to pull out wet, dirty dog hair that makes me heave thinking about it. When I try to clean our small area rug, the product spits out small balls of wet, dirty dog hair all over our one area rug that must be picked up by hand. It is slightly better at cleaning hard wood floors. However, it leaves streaks of dirt and small piles of dirt around. When you stop in one spot, it will puddle up dirty water underneath it. Then there is the 1-2" it does not clean close to the wall. After each use, it must be cleaned, and that process is very time consuming. I have tried sweeping and vacuuming prior to using this "thing" but it still doesn't come close to doing as good a job as mopping. In my opinion, this is a totally waste of money and a huge time suck.

Mom of three kids, two big dogs and a cat. This vacuum is an absolute waste of money. Don't buy it! My house is mostly tile and this thing is a joke. You'll have to bust the mop out every other day or so to get those sticky messes off the floor. The “mop” part of it takes forever to get things off the floor. So yourself the money and buy something that actually works!
