has a nice long electric cord. works well so far. easy to clean after using. soap is a little expensive. but if you have no bad stains or spilt stuff that is dry, you can use just the hot water in the tank. i use very little soap.

Great machine easy and light weight. Gets deep down and had great suction. Easy to put away also. I'm used to heavier ones and this one is a breeze. Thanks for making a machine that works for me and my household's needs.

We are very happy with it! Great product. We have 8 people living in our house with pets and love how quick and easy it is to use. It sweeps and mops at the same time and doesn't streak.

we recently installed wood laminate flooring throughout house,, along with vinyl in kitchen and bath/laundry areas. We have an area rug in living room, the Crosswave is perfect for our whole house!

I have 5 pugs and sometimes one had an axadent and I'm always tracking in dirt from my farm this thing is awesome to clean up the house flooring well worth the money

Works well on hardwood and granite floors. Only thing is make sure you empty dirty water tank periodically while using, it fills up quicker than expected

Yes, that's right. I said I Hated it. Strong words for me. My husband purchased this product for our home. We have 3 Siberian Huskies, and a 6-year-old; so, our house gets hairy & dirty. This product sounded great, but from the first time I used it I disliked it. It gets clogged easily and to unclog it, I am forced to pull out wet, dirty dog hair that makes me heave thinking about it. When I try to clean our small area rug, the product spits out small balls of wet, dirty dog hair all over our one area rug that must be picked up by hand. It is slightly better at cleaning hard wood floors. However, it leaves streaks of dirt and small piles of dirt around. When you stop in one spot, it will puddle up dirty water underneath it. Then there is the 1-2" it does not clean close to the wall. After each use, it must be cleaned, and that process is very time consuming. I have tried sweeping and vacuuming prior to using this "thing" but it still doesn't come close to doing as good a job as mopping. In my opinion, this is a totally waste of money and a huge time suck.

Mom of three kids, two big dogs and a cat. This vacuum is an absolute waste of money. Don't buy it! My house is mostly tile and this thing is a joke. You'll have to bust the mop out every other day or so to get those sticky messes off the floor. The “mop” part of it takes forever to get things off the floor. So yourself the money and buy something that actually works!

The thought of having a 2 in one machine in fantastic! Until you get it home and do your first run through the house with the Bissell CrossWave and then go to empty the cainster to discover that you now have dirty water and the particles from the floors all mixed together creating a disgusting cobination that can not be dumped down the sink or in the toilet! Would be fine if you didn't have pets or kids and didn't have much to pickup with the vacuum. I would return it to Walmart if I still had the box.
