I wish I had known about this vaccuum sooner! Even after a good cleaning, a friend let me borrow her crosswave, and I was shocked at what was in the dirty tank!! Ew! Can't stop using this vaccuum!

The Crosswave is lightweight and easy to handle. I use it weekly on all the floors in my house. I also use the Bissell multisurface floor cleaner. It does an excellent job getting up all the dirt and leaves no streaks, it requires no rinsing.

Like it so far. It did a great job on the hardwood floors. Just a little difficuld to clean the unit after usng it. Hard to find cleanung solutions.Jus

Just used it for the first time today...rugs came out nice, but didnt take out all spots on tiles....the verdict is still out on this one. Ive always used the Bissel steam cleaner..

Well, this lasted about a year and a few months before a tube inside of it broke, and we had to give our vacuum surgery. I'm not sure we can repair it. It's a lot of money for it to internally break. Minus that if cleaned pretty okay

Used recently for the first time. Very pleased with the results. I have very small bathrooms so it was a little hard to maneuver in tight spaces but cleaned very well. Simple to operate.

I have a basement full of hard floor cleaners that suck...pardon the pun. This is the first one that actually cleans hardwood and tile very well. Great job to your engineering team from one engineer to another.

I use this on vinyl floors and it works pretty good as long as you go very slow the problem is I'm on my third replacement they seem to work for about 5 to 6 months than just stop and I mean stop won't turn on sorry just can't recommend this product

I put it to use on my wood floors as soon as I unpacked it. It did a wonderful job, quickly and with very little effort. The machine is uber easy to clean. I LOVE it. What a time and effort saver!

I use my crosswave on hard wood floors. Works wonderfully. After your done using it you see exactly what you didn't think was there. My floors feel just like they did when they were new.
