[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have pets and not only does it cleans up messes but makes my house smell so good .what i don't like is that it doesn't get close to the edges because the sides are so bulky

So far, I love the crosswave. It cleans my floors better than anything else I have ever tried. It is easy to take apart to clean. It's also very easy to maneuver. I have already told several of my friends about this great machine!

I clean my wooden floors and tile floors. I haven't tried the carpet..that's next. What I don't like about it, it doesn't empty itself. LOL BUT! Easy access to empty. I am not complaining.

It did a fantastic job on my rug and carpet. Cleaned well and was not that wet,they were dry in no time. It also cleaned my hardwood floor in no time and dried quickly. I love it.

This machine is the best purchase I have made in years. It vacuums, it mops and is super easy to use. LOVE IT!! Would recommend to anyone that has hardwood floors, tile floors or area rugs that never seem to stay clean.

I truly appreciate the ease of the machine. Instead of having to lug out my heavy rug cleaner, I can just pull out this light and maneuverable cleaner. Also, love how it cleans both my hard floors and rugs....no more pulling out different machines.

This crosswave is multi functional. I love its versitile uses and so easy to clean for storage. Cleans my floors and area rugs perfect. Best invention since cell phones!

Just received my CrossWave this week and I love it! So easy to use and clean afterwards. My area rugs never looked so good. Great on laminate floors, too.

I just received my Crosswave on Saturday. I love it. It is easy to use and does what it says it will. I love that I can clean and wash my floors in one step. It makes for a fast and easy job. My floors are clean. Well worth the money.

Due to it's inability to actually pick up debris and fur, it's only function is to be a very expensive swiffer. It's lack of quality to actual vacuum is only beaten by its ability to stop working after 2 months.
