Just bought this after Christmas... moved to home wth all hardwood and ceramic floors. I would always "swiffer" thinking my floors were clean......WRONG! This machine actually cleaned the floors! So happy it works like it says

I do not think it is worth the money I received it for Christmas it is very nasty to clean and if you don't go with the grain on hardwood floors it leaves streaks.

The only thing I don't like about this product it does not get close enough to the base boards I have to use a mop to get close to the walls it leaves a one inch strip along walls

I'm completely impressed! This thing works great. I can't believe how much filth it keeps finding. Would be perfect if there were a handheld attachment of some sort for corners and maybe furniture. This is the best of its kind so far!

This cleans even better then expected. I had mopped my tiled kitchen floor and thought I had did a good job but when I followed up with my new BIssell I was shocked at how dirty the water was. I am very pleased with this product.

So happy with this. Not only does it eliminate my having to pull out a separate vacuum to vacuum before I wash my floors but it did a great job cleaning. Plus, it did not leave streaks on my white tile floor as my steam mop did.

We use this product on wood, laminate, area rugs and tile. Cleans much better than the other cleaner did. Cost more than the other ones did, but worth the money so far.

I'm sorry to say that I'm slightly disappointed with bissell I've spent all this money thinking that i was buying the best. only to find out that I bought a lemon. I would have to be honest I don't recommend this to anyone I know.

One thing I really appreciate about the CrossWave is how easy it is to clean. Once you take it apart and put it back together a couple of times, you could do it with your eyes closed!

I have whole house Italian wood-look tile that looks just like bleached beach wood. This machine gets the tile clean without much effort. Highly recommended.
