[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with my CrossWave. I was amazed at how well it cleaned my rugs. It worked better than my Shark Upright Vaccum. I love that I don't need to vacuum and then mop. Saves time and effort.

After blowing through 3 Floor Mates in a 2 year span I knew No more floor mates for me! The Bissell Cross Action in a lot quieter. easier to use and much more maneuverable.

The crosswave saves me so much time. Before I was only sweeping and mopping my house twice a week cause it took so much time now I use the crosswave everyday

The cleaner picks up a lot of the dirt effortlessly. I did find that the brush stopped when the dirty water reservoir collected debris. Hopefully it will not happen again.

I like this a lot better than the Hoover Floormate it replaced. It cleans my tile floors great. It still doesn't do much for the grout but it definitely cleans the tile well.

This wonderful machine saves a step in cleaning/vacuuming your floors! I love that you can use the Bissell products, or use water and your own desired cleaner. I use a anti-bacterial/germicidal product when using this in my kennel.

Whole house is tile. After using Cross Wave, there are streaks all over the house. Each time I use it I use less shampoo hoping that will help, but it doesn't. Doesn't even look like I cleaned it.
