I used this for hardwood and area rug cleaning. It has very little suction. It would not pick up dirt It would just push it around like a broom. Very disappointed

OMG I love it. Perfect timing as we have a baby who is crawling and doing baby led weaning. Floors get cleaned daily and I love that I am sweeping and mopping at the same time!

I would recommend this to anyone. We purchased this today and I used it today. It worked like a champ. It left a few streaks in the floor, but when it dried up, I could not tell that I even had them. It has to dry up first of course. Great product.

I have 4 dogs and this machine keeps up with them and more. Vacuums up hair, cleans up accidents and washes the floor all at once. I've waited for something like this for years and Bissell has delivered big time. I highly recommend.

My daughter bought this snd had raved about. So I purchased one for myself. You get to vaccum and wash the floor all in one sweep. It certainly made my cleaning my floors a lot easier. I highly reccomend it to everyone.

I watched the infomercial for the croswave several times before purchasing and read other reviews. I am amazed at what this machine can do and the house smells amazingly cleaner! Will definitely recommend!

One thing I really appreciate about the CrossWave is how easy it is to clean. Once you take it apart and put it back together a couple of times, you could do it with your eyes closed!

I use the product for cleaning the floors and then washing the floors and carpets. It had great cleaning g power on my tile floors. I use it every week. I just wish it had attachments to get into corners and furniture.

This shortens my cleaning routine a lot. I am vacuuming and moping at the same time...who doesn't love that! It's not too terrific for a quick cleanup of a mess because then you spend too much time cleaning the machine before putting it away again.
