I'm so disappointed with the CrossWave. I bought it for my tile floors. It leaks dirty water. I noticed a crack in my dirty water tank and it was replaced. I just used it again and dirty water still collects near the rolling brush as half of the dirty water gets sucked up into the receptacle and half of it is redistributed onto my floor, requiring me to use a microfiber mop to take up the excess. It is necessary to repetitively stop and clean out the spin brush and wipe off the bottom of the machine every few minutes.

Love it. Had a different bissel, but my husband threw it away because we both hated it. I bought this anyway because our old carpet shampoo thing broke and how bad could it be. This is the most amazing floor cleaner ever. Our floor has never been this clean and it is so easy to use on wood, tile, and floor rugs. Love. It

I absolutely loved my Bissell Crosswave. Used it 3-4 times a week. Easy to use. Cleaned my tile floor beautifully. Amd did a great job on my carpets to refresh them. I loved it so much I purchased one for my daughter as a home warming present. BUT 1 day before it 2 years, it stopped working. Needless to say, I am very upset. As you may all know' these bissells are not cheap and for it to only last 2 year is a waste of money. I am looking for something to replace my crosswave, but not sure what with yet. I want to make sure the next wet vac floor cleaner last more the 2 year. And that is why i only gave it a 1 star. Otherwise it would have been a 5 start. But the long term value it very important when spending money on a vaccum.

I am the proud owner of Bissells Big Green Machine. So with all the incredible results I have had with our carpet machine, I thought I would give a go with the Bissell CrossWave All-in-One Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac. My wife and I received it a few days ago and had to use it right away. I must say first that my wife and I live in the high desert of Boise, Idaho. It is very dusty. So we are always very diligent with cleaning our hardwoods and laminate surfaces. I had no idea how dirty our floors were until we used this CrossWave. WOW! We were both amazed how easy it was to use the CrossWave, but also how clean we were going to get our hard floors. Amazing wet and vacuum function all in one action. You do not need to vacuum or sweep your floors first. It does it all for you. No JOKE! After we were done and cleaned the floors we pulled out the waste water tank and were shocked at how dirty our "clean floors were". It did the trick. And it is light weight and not cumbersome. Stores away very nicely and has all the makings of an excellent floor machine. AND it does area rugs. BOOM! I would highly recommend you purchase this machine. Well worth your time and money.

I love being able to vacuum and mop with one machine. Before I purchased this, I had to drag out the vacuum then drag out the floor scrubber. Now, I can do both at the same time. What a time saver and it does a fantastic job. I highly recommend this to anyone considering buying one.

Vacuum seems cool at first, 3-in-1 but it shuts off automatically and randomly. The collection canister is very small and if you have fur babies, it fills quickly. I can't clean my floors without emptying it at least twice. Also, there is a mold smell even after cleaning it.

This CrossWave has exceeded all of my expectations. At first I was skeptical about the machine's capabilities, especially since my husband and I have three fur babies (cats). Our entire first floor is hardwood with the exception of our bedroom. I used it in the Kitchen, Living Room, and Family Room, which is where one of the litter boxes are. Not only did it clean with ease, but it got up litter and washed the floor with no problems. I was able to complete all three rooms with one full tank. And I only had to dump it once during cleaning. It picked up all the cat hair and it's designed perfectly to glide right under the Kitchen cabinets so I can clean those hard to reach spots. The swivel head makes it easy to maneuver as well. My only complaint is that the cleaner it comes with leaves a residue on the hardwood, but aside from that, the CrossWave works great. I love it and it's now my go-to machine.

I was really happy with my Crosswave. It did an excellent job cleaning my floors and area rugs, and I was amazed my how easy it was to use. Then it came time to empty the dirty water tank... the dirt, and in my case pet hair, goes into the same tank as the dirty water. What I thought would be an easy disposal process, ended up with me trying to separate all of my dogs hair and the dirty water to keep it from going down the drain. If you don't mind doing a rough sweep of your floor before using the Crosswave you'll probably love it. I purchased it for super quick and easy cleaning, however, so I returned mine. If there is any way for Bissell to improve on the disposal process (maybe just include a strainer), I would definitely repurchase!

I love my Bissell Crosswave! It was easy to assemble. I'm not a big follower of directions but I did give them a quick glance and then put my machine together very quickly and easily. It's intuitive and you almost don't need directions. It's also very easy to operate - again, almost didn't need the instructions. The first time I used it, I got the strangest sensation, almost a revelation. You move it slowly over a very dirty floor and it reveals a strip of clean floor. It's almost like watching a commercial where you see the results and even though you know it's some kind of best-case-scenario that was set up in advance you're impressed anyway with the cleaning. Only this wasn't a best case scenario set up in advance, it was my very dirty laundry room floor where my incontinent old terrier hangs out most of the time. On top of that, we had an ant invasion during the night and the floor was covered in dead ants, and this was all on top of normal, regular dirt! As I finished cleaning the rest of the laundry room floor I was almost ecstatic. It was really, really clean! And dry! The Crosswave leaves almost no moisture on the floor, something I really appreciate. I think it took about ten seconds for the floor to be completely dry so I could let the dog back in. The included cleaner has a nice, light fragrance. I always buy unscented products because I find scented ones irritate my eyes and nose, but this product's scent was just fine with me. The one downside, and I consider it minor, is the Crosswave does not reach right to the edge of the floor. It left a dirty margin about an inch wide all around. It was an easy matter to use my steam mop to clean the margin, however, and I will routinely do that when I use the Crosswave. I have since used my Crosswave on several occasions, and each time it has exceeded my expectations for cleaning proficiency and ease of use. Thank you for an excellent product. I look forward to using it for many years.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Bissell for creating the Crosswave floor cleaner! My sister, Becky, and hairdresser, Joan, told me about this wonderful machine and finally I bought one with the idea that if it didn't work out I would return it! It is the new LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!! I have never had so much fun cleaning my floors! This works incredibly! You don't even need to sweep or vacuum your floors before washing them (even though I DID vacuum them first!). I cleaned my bathroom floor, the entryway floor, the kitchen floor and the dining room floor yesterday and thoroughly loved it! It was so easy and the result was nice, clean floors! The instructions said that I can also use it on area rugs but I didn't try that one! I used it on hardwood, vinyl, tile, and slate flooring and it worked beautifully! I am so glad I bought this product--thanks to Becky and Joan! :) And if ever you need a spokesperson, I am your gal--I will tell everyone I know to buy this great product! It has made my life so much easier! I also truly appreciated the simple instructions! Thank you Bissell
